Pulsaart by AGC announces a 2026 management decision to increase the strategic focus of its Antenna Measurement Lab on aerospace and defense in the short term, while continuing to serve automotive as its core business.
This decision is driven by growing demand for high-precision antenna validation in aerospace and defense programs, where connectivity requirements are becoming more complex and performance expectations more stringent. Pulsaart by AGC is aligning its near-term priorities to address these needs with the same technical rigor and service quality that have defined its work to date.
Automotive remains central to the company’s activity. The Antenna Measurement Lab was built on automotive expertise, and support for automotive customers will continue as a long-term priority. The 2026 direction represents a focused expansion into aerospace and defense, not a shift away from the lab’s historical foundation.
Antenna issues discovered late in a program can quickly translate into delays, especially when integration effects, unexpected coupling, or unclear performance margins only become visible once the hardware is assembled. In aerospace and defense, where platforms are complex, space is constrained, and reliability requirements are uncompromising, validating antenna performance early and under realistic conditions is essential to avoid costly redesigns and schedule slippage.
To reduce this risk, Pulsaart provides accredited antenna measurements in accordance with EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017, combined with full-scale anechoic testing for setups up to 6 m and 3 tons, enabling realistic validation on representative structures. With wideband capability from 50 MHz to 18 GHz, our lab turns measurement into a decision tool during development, instead of a late discovery after integration.
“As part of our 2026 strategy, we are strengthening our focus on aerospace and defense while fully maintaining automotive as our core activity,” said Thomas Biquet, Head of Automotive Science & Connected Solution at AGC Glass Europe. “Our objective is clear: deliver trusted, high-quality antenna measurement services where reliability is critical, while continuing to support our automotive customers with the same level of commitment.”
With this strategic direction, Pulsaart by AGC reinforces its role as a trusted measurement partner for organizations that require precision, consistency, and confidentiality across automotive, aerospace, and defense applications.
